• A licensed massage therapist using massage therapy to help back pain.

Back Pain Relief Massage (60 mins)

This 60-minute session is focused on relieving back pain—whether it’s upper, middle, or lower back discomfort. The back is a complex area with many muscles and connections, and our goal is to gently and precisely identify the sources of tension or imbalance using techniques like myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy.

With a refined sense of touch, we’re able to find the spots that need attention—even the ones you might not know are contributing to the pain. Clients often feel a sense of relief just knowing that someone understands and can pinpoint what’s going on.

We’ll also share simple ways you can support your progress at home. While a few sessions are often needed to fully work through all the layers, many clients begin to feel better after the first visit.

  • A happy woman smiling. Massage therapy helps her jaw feel better.

TMJ & Orofacial Pain Massage (30 mins)

This specialized 30-minute massage is designed to help relieve pain and tension in the jaw, face, head, and neck—often caused by TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorder or orofacial pain. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and comfort level, and may include gentle intra-oral massage (inside the mouth) to target deep jaw muscles—only if you’re comfortable with it. This focused treatment can ease tightness, reduce headaches, improve jaw movement, and support overall relaxation.

For best results, weekly sessions for the first 3 weeks are recommended, followed by monthly maintenance as needed.

  • A happy mother and happy daughter looking on the phone to find the massage therapist that can help young people with scoliosis.

Scoliosis Support Massage for Youth (Ages 10–17, 30 mins)

This gentle 30-minute massage is designed to support young people with scoliosis by helping to relax tight muscles, improve posture, and encourage a straighter, more balanced spine over time. We use calm, non-painful techniques and always speak positively about the body to help build confidence and comfort.

Parents, guardians, or trusted adults are welcome to stay in the room during the session. This massage can work alongside other treatments, like wearing a brace, and we’re happy to collaborate with your physician and/or physical therapy team.

For the best results, weekly sessions for about 3 weeks are ideal, followed by monthly visits as needed—but there’s no pressure. We're here to support in whatever way feels right for each young person and their family.

  • Man playing pickleball outside is healthy and active with massage therapy.

Targeted Joint Relief Massage (60 mins)

This 60-minute session is designed to focus on one specific joint or area that's been causing persistent discomfort—whether it’s a previously injured shoulder, a painful knee, tight wrist, ankle, foot, elbow, or any other nagging spot. Using gentle and highly precise techniques like neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release, we work to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support healing.

With advanced palpation skills (a refined sense of touch), we’re able to locate and treat the exact areas that need attention—even those you may not realize are contributing to the problem. The goal is for you to feel confident that we’re finding the right spots and working with care to make a meaningful difference.

Often, a few sessions are needed to fully address all the connected areas and get the best long-term results, but many clients feel relief even after the first visit.

  • A woman with shoulder-length brown hair wearing a white shirt is wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). She is reading her blood sugar with her phone. Massage therapy can help with tissue renewal in areas of irritation after using devices.

Tissue Rejuvenation for Injection & Device Sites (30 or 60 mins)

Designed for individuals who use insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), or take multiple daily injections, this gentle, focused treatment helps support the health of common device and injection areas—like the abdomen, thighs, back of the arms, or buttocks.

Using specialized friction and massage techniques, we work to improve circulation, support skin health, reduce the feel of scarring or tightness, and simply help these areas feel more “normal” again. We never work directly on current device sites to avoid irritation or interference, but instead focus on surrounding and previously used areas.

This service is appropriate for both adolescents and adults. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over 36 years, we understand firsthand the physical and emotional toll of managing these areas. Our goal is to support not only your body, but your comfort and confidence—helping ease frustration and promote a more positive connection with your body.

  • A person’s hand with fingers extended downward, touching the surface of a body of water, creating ripples, with a natural outdoor background of trees and rocks.

    Extended Integrative Massage (90 mins)

This 90-minute session is ideal for anyone who wants more time to address multiple areas of concern while receiving deeply personalized, therapeutic care.

Whether you're managing jaw or TMJ issues, scoliosis, back pain, old injuries, insulin injection sites, or just dealing with everyday aches, tension, or stress—this session offers the space and time to support your body in a meaningful way.

We blend a range of specialized techniques based on your needs, including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral manual therapy, and gentle friction work.

With extra time, we can explore how different areas of the body are connected, ease long-held tension, and support your overall sense of balance and wellbeing.

This is a great option for those who enjoy a slower pace, value feeling deeply listened to, and want to feel both physically and emotionally supported.
